As Digital Marketing Manager at Little Kitchen Academy, I led all digital marketing efforts for a growing brand with 13 locations and more on the way. Working alongside the Marketing Director, I managed every online channel, including social media, email marketing, website content, and text messaging campaigns. A major focus of my role was creating original content for the flagship locations in Los Angeles and Vancouver Point Grey, including photo, video, and written content that engaged families and showcased LKA experiences. I also provided these assets to franchisees across all locations to post on their own channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand messaging. Additionally, I collaborated with company partners such as Chefworks, Birkenstock, ChopValue, Kussi, and PRISE to create co-branded content and campaigns, handled analytics and performance reporting, and trained franchisees on digital marketing best practices.

  • Produced flagship social content shared across all franchise locations, driving consistent engagement and brand visibility.

  • Grew Instagram by 36 percent and increased TikTok followers by 12,092 percent through platform-specific content strategies.

  • Collaborated with marketing, brand partners, and franchisees to launch LKA’s first physical product, the Progressive Knife Set, establishing the e-commerce channel.
